Please do not include patient-identifying information in this form. Use a case reference — we will arrange secure file transfer when we reply. Submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service and are not stored on this site.

Prefer to talk?

Book a twenty-minute call

Best for consulting enquiries, academy questions and anything where a conversation will be quicker than three emails. No presentation, no deck — just a conversation about what you are trying to fix.

Request a time

Send two or three windows that suit you, with your time zone, and we will confirm one.

Direct

Email is fastest. Every message is read and answered by the person who would design your case.

Sending files

Do not attach case files to this form

Reply to our first email and we will send you a secure upload link. Scans, CBCT volumes and clinical photographs should never travel as ordinary email attachments.

Next

What happens after you press send.

01 / Same day

A human reads it

Not a chatbot and not an automated sequence. If your enquiry is not something we can help with, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

02 / Within a working day

A straight answer on scope, time and price

For design work we quote before we start. For consulting we will usually suggest a short call first, because scoping by email tends to waste both our time.

03 / Then

Secure file transfer, then work begins

We send an upload link, check the data is usable, and confirm the deadline before anyone starts designing. If the records will not support the plan, you hear that first rather than last.

Quick answers

Common first questions.

It depends on complexity, and we quote before we start rather than after. A retainer and a full-arch implant prosthesis are not the same job, and pricing that pretends otherwise is pricing designed to surprise you later.

Yes. Design and planning work is location-independent, and most of our communication happens asynchronously anyway. Time zones matter for live sessions, so tell us where you are when you write.

That is what we prefer. One case tells you more about whether we are a fit than any amount of correspondence.

Describe the case rather than the appliance and we will tell you which of the three — if any — actually applies. Sometimes the answer is a two-day workshop rather than a monthly design plan.
